It’s now 2023 and this song is more powerful today than it was upon release. I was there then and here now as Nothing Else Matters! The way I see it, it’s you or me and I have all the confidence in my inner being to survive against your demands. I was raised and trained by the BEST to overcome damn near everything that comes along in life. You may strike me down for a moment, but I assure you I shall never be defeated as I will rise up again and strike down anyone who has attempted to disrupt my lifestyle. I’m about to be 60 years of age and at this point in my life I just really don’t give a damn what the outcome may be. I’ve lived through shit that others never could. I’ve fought battles bigger than many would ever wish to be involved in as serving the Marine Corps as a Scout Sniper. No, I did not serve within congressional war time, but I served as “The Presidents Own” which is a force that delivers without Congressional Order. Not a war, yet a fighting force to deliver the rath that a fighting force can deliver. Having been trained and delivered as a Marine Scout/Sniper anywhere in the world I was needed I did so with all dedication as I knew my forward surveillance patrol was for a cause to deliver my abilities to “Kill-from-Afar”. United States Marines Corps FOREVER! Semper Fi to all of my fallen and living Marines. We deliver upon other the “Rath-of-God” upon enemies that are clueless of our power and it an exhilarating time in a deliverer’s life. One-Shot-One-Kill was our MOTO and we that served as Marine/Scout Snipers were proud to have served our forces and the people of the United States. I’ve never once feared death, it was the oath of honor to serve that drove me to deliver. To this day I still do not fear death. “IT JUST DOESN’T MATTER!
